Having suffered two fires, Zōshigaya Temple had fallen into disrepair, but through this reconstruction and renovation, the historic building has been given new life—like a phoenix reborn from the ashes. In particular, the preservation and adaptive reuse of the original Japanese Buddhist architecture have filled this urban plaza with a distinctive cultural atmosphere, attracting many enthusiasts of the humanities to linger and explore.

Zōshigaya Square is very close to Ximen MRT Station, making it extremely convenient to access. Walking north along Zhonghua Road, visitors can also explore historic sites such as the Red House, Futoi Street Western-style Building, and North Gate—making it a perfect starting point for a cultural tour of Taipei. Qianshan Park is not far from Yangmingshan Park, but while Yangmingshan is widely known for its annual flower festivals, Qianshan has seen fewer visitors over the years and gradually declined. With this renovation, Qianshan Park is expected to regain its former glory, providing the public with another great option for leisure and travel.
