(hereinafter referred to as "Yachi") announced that AVIC Composites Co., Ltd. has appointed Yachi as the global exclusive agent for its full range of aramid paper honeycomb core products. The agency covers North America, South America, Europe (excluding Russia), Asia, Oceania, the Middle East (excluding Iran), and South Africa. In addition, Yachi has also established a joint venture with AVIC Xi’an Aircraft Industry (Group) Company Ltd. to manufacture and sell its aluminum honeycomb core products globally.
