Moderate Typhoon Talim (international name: TALIM) continues to veer northward, causing the Central Weather Bureau to repeatedly postpone the issuance of a land warning. By the morning of the 13th, it was confirmed that no land warning would be issued, but a heavy rain special weather alert will be released. The northern regions should still remain on high alert for heavy rainfall. Meanwhile, Typhoon Talim is now forecasted to turn northeastward in a rightward loop. Travelers planning to visit Kyushu, Japan, in the near future should pay close attention to weather conditions. Additionally, many flights have been canceled or scheduled for earlier departure—please check before you travel.

As for Typhoon Dujuan, currently a mild typhoon, its center is located at 14.7°N, 117.3°E. Its projected path was initially expected to head toward Hong Kong, but has been revised to move toward the South China Sea and Guangdong. Those planning to visit the southern coastal areas of Guangdong, China, in the near future should stay alert to changing weather conditions.
