Visitors coming to admire the flowers during the holiday can park their vehicles in the open space near the Aiyu Bridge and take a shuttle bus to and from Caopingtou. The shuttle service runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Tour buses can first drop passengers off at the Caopingtou archway, after which the empty buses will turn around and park on the nearby road by Xintonglin Bridge in a one-way direction. During the Cherry Blossom Festival, to allow more people to enjoy the breathtaking cherry blossoms, a cleaning and maintenance fee of 50 NT dollars per person will be charged.
