The Banff Centre in Canada is the sole owner and organizer of the Banff Mountain Film Festival and its global touring activities. The Banff(Beijing)Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. and the(China)Mountain Film Festival Organizing Committee are the only institutions in mainland China authorized by the Banff Centre in Canada to conduct activities under the Banff name, including the Banff Mountain Film Festival and other related outdoor cultural events.
“BanffThe Banff Cycling Club”has organized outdoor cultural events under the Banff name without authorization from the Banff Centre in Canada, counterfeiting the legitimate external identifiers of the Banff(Beijing)Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., causing confusion among the public.

In response to numerous inquiries from outdoor enthusiasts, we hereby clarify regarding the“‘necoCommemorative Cup’2015Banff(China)City Adventure Challenge(Tianjin Station)”Event, special urgent notice as follows:
1.Banff Centre, Canada, Banff(Beijing)Culture Communication Co., Ltd., Banff(China)Mountain Film Festival Organizing Committee has never authorized any organization or individual to hold“Banff(China)”in the name of organizing the““necoZhijing Cup”2015Banff(China)City Adventure Challenge(Tianjin Station)”event.
2.Banff Centre, Canada, Banff(Beijing)Culture Communication Co., Ltd., Banff(China)Mountain Film Festival Organizing Committee has no association whatsoever with the organizer of this event,“BanffBanff Cycling Club”.
3.“Banff Mountain Film Festival”(Banff Mountain Film Festival), “Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour”(Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour) and“Banff Centre”(The Banff Centre)English pattern trademark ownership belongs to Banff Centre, Canada,“Banff”The Chinese text and graphic trademarks belong to Banff(Beijing)Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. Any unauthorized use of“BANFF”the English graphic trademark or“the Banff”Chinese text and graphic trademarks will be met with our full legal recourse.
