Typhoon Maliksi (international name: MALIKSI), currently a mild typhoon, may strengthen to a moderate typhoon. Its projected path is moving northwestward, turning north toward the Ryukyu Islands and heading in the direction of Japan, potentially affecting the country. Travelers planning to visit Japan in the near future should pay attention to weather changes.

Typhoon Ewiniar (international name: EWINIAR), No. 4, made landfall in Guangzhou, China, on the evening of the 7th. Its surrounding cloud systems have also impacted Taiwan. Rain is expected across Taiwan starting Sunday and will continue until Tuesday.

On Saturday, temperatures across Taiwan will range between 32 to 36 degrees Celsius. In the afternoon, thunderstorms are possible in mountainous areas island-wide, and scattered thunderstorms may occur in southern plains. It is advised to carry rain gear when going out.
