The nighttime arts party "Taipei White Night" is back for its third edition. Enjoy a diverse array of artworks and performances under the night sky and explore the unique charm of Taipei after dark. This year features at least 28 performances and 22 nighttime art installation events, transforming the entire city of Taipei into one giant open-air art museum for the night.

The 2018 Taipei White Night is themed "City of Inversion," curated by artistic director Hu Chaosheng, and set along Taipei’s most storied street—Zhongshan Road Sections 1 to 3. The event draws inspiration from the area’s past vibrancy across various golden eras of greater Taipei.

This year’s White Night features works spanning theater, circus, dance, music, performance art, and new media art. Through artistic reinterpretation of urban spaces, the beautiful city that never sleeps becomes a unique hub for artistic exchange and sharing.
