To highlight the natural sweetness of the hairy crabs, the chefs at Yunxuan steam live crabs tied with perilla leaves underneath. The perilla leaves not only neutralize the crabs’ chilliness but also add a fragrant aroma that enhances the flavor profile. This simple steaming method perfectly preserves the rich crab roe and tender meat.

For pricing, the afternoon tea session from Friday to Sunday is NT$1,880+10% per person, while lunch and dinner offer group discounts—groups of 4 or more pay NT$1,880+10% per person. For solo diners, the price is NT$2,580+10%; for 2 people, it’s NT$2,280+10% per person; and for 3 people, it’s NT$1,980+10% per person.
