The popular Japanese okonomiyaki brand "Sennariyaki," a must-try for many travelers to Japan, has opened its first branch in Taiwan. It officially launched on the fourth floor of Kaohsiung Hanshin Dome Mall on October 18. A Taiwan-exclusive flavor, “Plentiful Vegetable Okonomiyaki with Curry Flavor,” has also been introduced.

Sennariyaki has overseas branches in Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Hawaii, China, and Hong Kong. Hanshin Dome in Kaohsiung is its ninth overseas branch, while there are over 60 branches within Japan. "Sennariyaki" offers three distinct brands—Sennariyaki Basic Style, President Sennariyaki, and Sennariyaki Elegance—each providing different levels of service.
The interior is spacious and bright.
There are also teppan table seats.
Sennariyaki Hanshin Dome Kaohsiung offers eight popular okonomiyaki flavors, including the signature Sennariyaki, Buta-dama-yaki, Mixed Hiroshima-yaki, and Plentiful Seafood Okonomiyaki. The Taiwan-exclusive “Plentiful Vegetable Okonomiyaki with Curry Flavor” features diced eggplant mixed with pork, beef tendon, cheese, and finished with a curry flavor, topped with tomatoes and fresh cilantro for a nutritious and healthy meal.
