The wildly popular "31 ICE CREAM (31 Ice Cream)" from the U.S. and Japan is making a strong return to Taiwan. It officially opens on October 18th—you can enjoy it without flying to Japan or Korea, or even leaving the country.

After opening at MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou on October 18th, two more stores will open before the end of 2018: MITSUI OUTLET PARK Taichung Port on December 12, 2018, and Taipei Xinyi District in December 2018.

This comeback not only brings back 20 classic must-try flavors, 11 seasonal limited-edition flavors, and monthly special fantasy flavors, but also introduces a Taiwan-exclusive product — the Happy Doll Colorful Monster. With its colorful array of toppings, crispy layers, and unique flavors, this dreamy combination is sure to spark an Instagram check-in craze.

In addition, to commemorate the grand opening of the first store in Taiwan, the “Flavor of the Month” series will launch in October and November a dreamlike “31 All Stars” super item, blending four ultra-popular 31 Ice Cream flavors (“Chocolate Chips,” “Chocolate,” “Caramel Ribbon,” and “Sandwich Cookie”).
