The latest pop-up has returned to Tainan, now at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi’s Tainan Xintiandi West Gate branch. During the pop-up, special discounts are available: the 4-inch character chiffon cake originally priced at NT$180 is now NT$135, and the 6-inch version originally NT$680 is now just NT$350—what a steal!
