The Hermitage Museum is located in the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg. Its exterior features a beautiful combination of green and white.
Hermitage Museum,comprises the Winter Palace Museum along with four other palace museums. Early in the morning, there was already a long queue of people waiting to enter the museum.
The museum is truly enormous, with numerous exhibition halls.
There are countless crystal chandeliers scattered throughout the space.
In many of the exhibition halls, there are largemurals hanging. The murals are as tall as two people.
Some of the murals depict animals, vegetables, and fish and shrimp from daily life. Since cameras did not exist at the time, these murals allowed the royal family to learn about the world beyond the palace.

This is the wood carving on the door, which is exquisitely crafted.
There is an abundance of furnishings inside the palace.
The museum’s exit is just as grand.
