Opened at the end of last year, Lihpao Outlet Mall not only features numerous outlet brands but also combines an amusement park, hotels, and the newly completed giant Ferris wheel "Sky Dream," making it the largest new landmark in central Taiwan and the most popular check-in spot of last year. Seizing the business opportunity, the Lihpao Group has unveiled plans for its second phase — Taiwan’s first lakeside outlet is set to be born.
Visiting an outlet is no longer just about shopping; the beautiful architecture and vast space have also become a great leisure destination for holidaymakers. The current Lihpao Outlet is designed based on the colorful architectural concept of Portofino in Italy. The second phase is expected to showcase the street design concept of Lake Como, a summer resort in northern Italy, with formal leasing operations slated to begin next year.
This lakeside shopping paradise is expected to cover an area of about 6 hectares, with a total floor space of 85,000 square meters. Upon completion, the total number of stores and brands in both phases will reach 300. Along the canal that runs through the entire complex, the second phase will be divided into an outdoor area (Galleria Mall) and an indoor area (Casa Mall). The romantic European-style architecture aims to give visitors the illusion of being abroad.
