Middle East’s Largest Amusement Park to Open in October After Three Years of Development Featuring Eight Themed Zones

The long-awaited Middle East’s largest amusement park, “Dubai Parks and Resorts,” is scheduled to open this October. Staying true to Dubai’s usual flair, this opening is no less spectacular.

According to Lonely Planet,this massive resort complex features three theme parks, including a water park, a four-star hotel operated by Marriott, and Riverland. Both attractions and facilities combine elements from both Eastern and Western cultures, and visitors will likely need at least several days to fully explore everything.

The theme parks include rides inspired by American Hollywood animated films, as well as 30 live shows influenced by India’s Bollywood. In fact, a total of eight themed parks are planned to be completed by 2019, and Dubai’s ambition is to surpass the world-famous theme park destination of Florida in the United States.
