A roundup of premium equestrian events in 2011

       In the just-passed year of 2011, hailed by the industry as the "Year One of Chinese Equestrianism," not only did equestrian competitions make their debuts at the Bird's Nest and the National Indoor Stadium for the first time, creating a huge impact, but mass-participation events and equestrian popularization also flourished. The equestrian population grew rapidly, and the output value of the equestrian industry was "growing geometrically" (as quoted by Pan Zhicheng). The China Equestrian Website actively supported or directly organized various mass equestrian activities, spreading the concepts of healthy and joyful equestrianism across the land of China.
