The Tim Ho Wan Kaohsiung Hanshin Dome branch officially began its soft opening on August 5. Official statistics show that in the first three days of the soft launch, over 6,000 customers visited the store, with the popular flaky and chewy BBQ pork buns selling more than 10,000 pieces—approximately one bun every 12.6 seconds—breaking the HOYII Taipei Main Station branch’s soft opening record of one every 17 seconds.
Tim Ho Wan Kaohsiung Branch has specially introduced three classic Hong Kong-style dim sum as “Chef’s Recommended New Dishes” tailored to local traditional tastes and exclusive to the Kaohsiung branch: White Pepper Pork Tripe Soup, Osmanthus Shrimp Lotus Balls, and Sticky Toffee Balls, among which the Osmanthus Shrimp Lotus Balls and Sticky Toffee Balls are brand new menu items.
