The Green Field TNF100 runners' sharing session was divided into three parts: an introduction to TNF, sharing by specially invited Green Field guests, and a lucky draw. As the main segment of the session, the guests’ presentations were continuously engaging. Xing Ruling focused on sharing her journey—from her initial encounter with running to becoming an amateur long-distance runner. Her 11 years of persistence, the luck of winning her first race, subsequent training, and advice for others were all covered. Sister Xing expressed gratitude to Green Field for organizing such a sharing session, noting that running brings both hardship and happiness, but all are rewards worth cherishing. Teacher Huang Cheng briefly discussed methods and precautions for trail running training. He suggested that participants pay more attention to discussions and group runs on forums, noting that Green Field is a great platform for this. He remained modest, giving most of the time to other guests to share race anecdotes. Yun Yanqiao’s talk brought more laughter, as he shared some of his own blunders during past races and the lessons learned. He particularly mentioned that due to inaccurate weather forecasting during this year's TNF 100, he even considered borrowing a hat from someone else. He said he didn’t used to focus on keeping records or reflecting, but now after every race, he writes down his thoughts and especially posts on the Green Field forum, where more experienced hikers can join the discussion. A Liang, Guan Shan Fei Du, Chuan Qi, and Sean also shared a lot. Sean said he’s a low-level runner but was grateful to Green Field for organizing such an event, giving him the chance to share many useful tips and experiences. He also mentioned that he’s someone who values recording, so he posts his reflections on the Green Field forum and hopes to exchange ideas with more people.
Finally, Green Field called on everyone to pay attention to Zheng Ping and to focus on environmental protection. A total of six lucky runners were selected at the Green Field TNF 100 sharing session.

All participants of the Green Field TNF100 runners' sharing session received a commemorative gift.
