From June 7 to 8, 2012, the annual college entrance examination is approaching. For students in Beijing, it is an important day of assessment after years of hard study. Recently, the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League launched the “Smooth Traffic Plan for the Exam Days,” calling on young people and citizens to help create a city environment that is “smooth for travel,” “pleasant in mood,” and “quiet around exam sites,” so as to help all students take the exam smoothly and happily and achieve their best possible results.
Here, we sincerely call on everyone to drive less during the exam period, and instead choose to walk, bike, or take public transport to and from work. Let our green actions make way for exam students, ensuring they can get to the test sites without trouble and strive for their best results.
