From July 27–28, 2012, the 2012 Asia Outdoor Industry Development Forum, hosted by the Asia Outdoor Show, took place at the Nanjing International Expo Center during the 2012 Asia Outdoor Show.
The forum invited eight guests including Hilke Patzwall of the European Outdoor Association, Wu Donghua from Nanjing Sport Institute, Secretary-General Li Songtao of the Shenzhen Mountaineering Association, and Zhu Zhaohui of Shitian Capital to engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as trends in the outdoor industry, sustainable development of the outdoor sector, and outdoor store design. The event received unanimous praise and positive feedback from industry professionals.
The Asia Outdoor Industry Development Forum has been held for seven consecutive years during the Asia Outdoor Show and has gradually become a professional platform for industry research and exchange. Compared with previous editions, this year’s forum expanded its industry coverage, elevated the level of industry research, and increased its domestic and international influence.
The organizers of the forum stated that they will continue to host and promote the event, providing a platform for industry communication and learning.
