Check-in Information:
● Check-in time is after 12:00 noon, check-out time is 14:00 noon the next day. Late check-out will incur additional charges: before 18:00, half-day room rate at the hotel’s rack rate will be charged; after 18:00, the full-day room rate at the hotel’s rack rate will be charged.
● Room availability is limited, so please make a reservation in advance when checking in.
● Reservations cannot be canceled. If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled date due to special circumstances, please call the hotel 24 hours in advance during the validity period to discuss changing your arrival date.
● Extra beds are not available in hotel rooms. Guests traveling together with children over 2 years old may book a family triple room. For infants under 2 years old, please call in advance to reserve a baby cot. To bring a pet, please make a pet room reservation in advance.
● If you accidentally damage any items in the room, compensation will be required according to the relevant hotel regulations.
