Taiwan’s largest 7-11 store is located in Houpi, Tainan. The CITY CAFE seating area is an expanse of green garden, complete with babbling streams. Walking into this convenience store feels like stepping into a small park.

The 7-11 Lianying Store spans approximately 2,000 pyeong and is touted as Taiwan’s largest 7-11. With a theme centered around “rural life,” in addition to the convenience store itself, there is also a large garden space showcasing memories of old rural life, including items such as ox carts and sewing machines. According to local guides, this concept was the idea of franchise owner Mr. Fang, who wanted to provide visitors with a space to reminisce about the past, hence the creation of a rural-life-inspired environment.

The entire theme of “rural life” serves as the main display concept of the convenience store. Upon entering the 7-11 Lianying Store, the sales floor and parking lot appear as usual, but next to the store, there is a wooden sign reading “Station.” Following the path leads to a bubbling stream, a rural life exhibition area, and most delightfully, a CITY CAFE seating area spread across a lush green lawn.

There is no admission fee at all. Just enter the grounds to enjoy the entire garden space and see the agricultural tools once used by traditional farming families. This museum + convenience store + garden café, thanks to its vast area, is perfect for family outings. As a result, during holidays or dusk hours, it's common to see children playing and laughing — it’s highly popular among locals.
