From December 1 to December 31, 2012, Gregory’s annual free backpack repair season was successfully concluded. Over 70 backpacks of all sizes were repaired during this event, including both Gregory's technical and urban series as well as outdoor backpacks from other brands. Common issues encountered included broken zipper teeth, damaged fabric, seams coming apart, and worn-out straps. There were also more challenging cases, such as backpack exteriors with damage exceeding 15 cm or severely worn-out bottoms. Although there were clear guidelines on the scope of repairs at the start of the season, in order to prevent any traveler from parting with their “companion,” and out of a sense of responsibility to our customers, we carefully handled every backpack that needed repair and meticulously fixed every damaged area.
