    Power Cycling Method
This involves pedaling with varying levels of effort under different conditions, such as uphill or by adjusting gear ratios (limited to five-speed or ten-speed adjustable bicycles). This method can enhance leg muscle strength or muscular endurance.
    Core Strength Cycling Method
While cycling, lift your hips off the saddle but do not stand fully upright, and engage your core (abdominal and lower back) muscles to maintain balance. This method helps train the strength of your core muscle groups.
    Interval Cycling Method
Alternate between cycling at a moderate to slow pace for one to two minutes, then at 1.5 to 2 times that speed for two minutes, and then returning to a moderate pace. This cycle improves your body’s adaptation to aerobic exercise.
    Fat-Burning Cycling Method
Cycle at a moderate speed continuously for at least 40 minutes, while maintaining steady breathing. This is very effective for fat loss.
    Intensity Cycling Method
First, cycle at 60% of your maximum effort for five to seven minutes. Then, use a heart rate monitor to ensure your pulse stays within the cardio training zone. This helps improve your cardiovascular system.
    Tips:
    1. Wear professional sports gloves during exercise — they help prevent slipping and protect your hands in case of a fall.
    2. It is not recommended to carry weight (such as wearing a backpack) during cycling training. Cycling mainly relies on sustained time, and adding weight may strain your back and lumbar spine.
    3. Regardless of the method, remember to hydrate every 5 to 10 minutes.
    4. Saddle height: When standing next to the bike, adjust the saddle so it is level with your hip when one leg is lifted and your thigh is parallel to the ground.
