There are four ways to get to the Midi Music Festival site:
First, take a dedicated Midi shuttle bus directly to the main festival entrance.
Second, take Bus 852 from Dongzhimen to Pinggu urban area and then transfer to a shuttle bus to reach the main festival entrance.
Third, drive via the Beijing-Pinggu Expressway, park at the festival’s P3 parking lot, and then transfer to a shuttle bus to reach the main festival entrance.
Fourth, take a taxi via the Beijing-Pinggu Expressway, park at the festival’s P3 parking lot, and then transfer to a shuttle bus to reach the main festival entrance.

II. Taking Public Transport
A. City Buses
Take Subway Line 2 to Dongzhimen Station, exit from Exit B, walk to “Dongzhimen Transportation Hub” following the volunteer signs, then take Bus 852 (ticket price: 15 RMB, highway route, about 1 hour) to Shiji Square in Pinggu District. After getting off, please exchange for a free shuttle bus (which runs back and forth between the music festival site and Shiji Square) at the southwest corner of Shiji Square (opposite the Information Building) with your music festival ticket or e-ticket to reach the main entrance. Visitors who haven’t purchased a music festival ticket can buy one at the Midi ticket booth on Shiji Square. When returning from the music festival site to downtown Beijing, please take the free shuttle bus at the festival site to Shiji Square in Pinggu District and then Bus 852 back to the city. Please note: The last Bus 852 from Shiji Square back to downtown Beijing departs at 18:30, so visitors returning after 18:30 should take the Midi bus directly from the festival site. Ticket price: 20 RMB.
B. Arriving by Train
(1) Arriving at Beijing Railway Station
After exiting the station, you can directly take Subway Line 2 to Dongzhimen Station, exit from Exit B, walk to “Dongzhimen Transportation Hub” following the volunteer signs, then take Bus 852 (ticket price: 15 RMB, highway route, about 1 hour) to Shiji Square in Pinggu District. (2) Arriving at Beijing West Railway Station
After exiting the station, you can directly take Subway Line 9 to Baishiqiao South Station, transfer to Line 6 to Chaoyangmen Station, then transfer again to Line 2 to Dongzhimen Station, exit from Exit B, walk to “Dongzhimen Transportation Hub” following the volunteer signs, then take Bus 852 (ticket price: 15 RMB, highway route, about 1 hour) to Shiji Square in Pinggu District. (4) Arriving at Beijing North Railway Station
After exiting the station, you can walk about 300 meters southwest to Xizhimen Subway Station, take Subway Line 2 to Dongzhimen Station, exit from Exit B, walk to “Dongzhimen Transportation Hub” following the volunteer signs, then take Bus 852 (ticket price: 15 RMB, highway route, about 1 hour) to Shiji Square in Pinggu District. You can take the Airport Express from Capital International Airport to Dongzhimen Station, exit from Exit B, walk to “Dongzhimen Transportation Hub” following the volunteer signs, then take Bus 852 (ticket price: 15 RMB, highway route, about 1 hour) to Shiji Square in Pinggu District. After getting off, please exchange for a free shuttle bus (which runs back and forth between the music festival site and Shiji Square) at the southwest corner of Shiji Square (opposite the Information Building) with your music festival ticket or e-ticket to reach the main entrance. Visitors who haven’t purchased a music festival ticket can buy one at the Midi ticket booth on Shiji Square. III. Driving Yourself
Take the airport expressway, follow the signs for “Terminal 3,” and get on the Beijing–Pinggu Expressway (the highway from Beijing to Pinggu) as directed. Enter the expressway at the Wugezhuang Toll Station, drive 39.5 kilometers, and exit at the Pingsan Road interchange. Follow the signs for the Midi Music Festival to reach Parking Lot P3 (if P3 is full, you will be directed to the nearby P4 parking lot). Purchase your Midi Music Festival ticket in the parking lot, then board the shuttle bus with your ticket. The shuttle will take you 2 kilometers to the festival site. Due to traffic control around the event area, attendees must park their vehicles in the designated self-drive parking lots, then take the free shuttle bus provided with their festival ticket to enter the venue. Driving or walking directly into the venue is not permitted.
For attendees driving to the event, please park your vehicle according to the instructions of staff and board the shuttle bus in an orderly manner. When leaving your car, do not leave valuables inside and ensure that the doors are locked. Please note that all self-drive parking lots and shuttle buses for the music festival begin operation daily at 11:00 AM, two hours before the show starts (after 11:00 AM, campers onsite may also use the shuttle bus to exit). All drivers who wish to take the shuttle back to their parking lots should exit through the venue’s east gate (between the Qing Stage and Tang Stage), proceed to the shuttle bus area, and then board the shuttle to leave. The shuttle bus service operated by the festival will end at midnight. All attendees planning to leave the festival site must take the shuttle back to their parked vehicles before midnight. If you have difficulty doing so, please contact the on-site staff.
IV. Taking a Taxi
Take the airport expressway, follow the signs for “Terminal 3,” and get on the Beijing–Pinggu Expressway (the highway from Beijing to Pinggu) as directed. Enter the expressway at the Wugezhuang Toll Station, drive 39.5 kilometers, and exit at the Pingsan Road interchange. Follow the signs for the Midi Music Festival to reach Parking Lot P3. Get off at P3, purchase your Midi Music Festival ticket in the parking lot, and board the shuttle bus (which runs back and forth between the festival site and P3 parking lot). The shuttle will take you about 2 kilometers to the festival site. Due to traffic control around the event area, attendees must take the free shuttle bus from the parking lot with their festival ticket to enter the venue—walking into the venue is not allowed. When returning to downtown Beijing from the festival, please take the free shuttle bus from the festival site to Century Square in Pinggu District, then transfer to Bus 852 to return to Beijing.However, please note: the last Bus 852 from Century Square back to downtown Beijing departs at 18:30. Therefore, attendees returning to the city after 18:30 should take the Midi shuttle bus directly from the festival site back to the city. The fare is 20 yuan.
