The Q-version "Jurassic Park"-themed painted rice fields have made their debut in Yuanli, Miaoli. Using four different colored seedlings, the colorful rice forms patterns of a triceratops and a brachiosaurus — absolutely adorable.

The new version of the painted rice fields “Jurassic Park,” created by the Miaoli County Yuanli Township Farmers' Association's rice field painting team, uses colorful rice in purple, white, yellow, and green. After about a month of growth, the rice field designs featuring a brachiosaurus and a triceratops are now complete. Upon closer inspection, the patterns reveal a volcano erupting in the background and other dinosaurs appearing — the vivid expressions are truly eye-catching.
