Since 2009, KAILAS has consistently shown attention and support for youth climbing activities in China, from small beginnings across various regions to this year’s nationwide "Climbing Hope Stars" events. The "Climbing Hope Stars" refers to a large-scale event where local professional climbing institutions introduce, train, coach, and select young participants, identifying local “Climbing Hope Stars,” who then undergo national training and evaluation to become national-level “Climbing Hope Stars.” This approach to promoting youth outdoor sports through a variety of enriching activities such as training, selection, intensive camps, and competitions has been widely welcomed by parents and students alike. Currently, the event has been launched in multiple cities including Beijing, Qingdao, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, sparking a new wave of national youth climbing enthusiasm.
