Ma Ge, male, a medical Ph.D. candidate, enjoys mountaineering, rock climbing, ice climbing, and long-distance cycling. In 2007, he summited Mount Habaxue (5396m, self-guided climb); from 2008 to 2009, as a support climber and team medic, he summited Dongfeng Peak of the Transparent Dream Glacier (5483m) and Mount Gangshika (5245m); in 2012, he summited Xiaqiangla Peak (5470m, small-team alpine-style climb) and Mount Que’er (6168m).
Gu Niaoniao, male, real name Hou Chao, an outdoor enthusiast from Shaanxi. He began engaging in outdoor sports in 2005, completed multiple crossings of the Qinling Mountains, and has climbed peaks including Banfeng Peak (5430m), Mount Gangshika (5245m), Xiaqiangla Snow Mountain (5470m), Qiyi Glacier in Jiayuguan (5150m), and Namcha Barwa area’s Nama Peak (5588m),
as well as the east peak of the Transparent Dream Glacier (5483m).
