ISPO MUNICH 2014 will once again highlight the ISPO TEXTRENDS Functional Textiles Trend Award, displaying innovative fabrics and accessories for sportswear. The ISPO TEXTRENDS award showcase and concurrent forum provide a communication platform for sportswear and outdoor apparel designers, product managers, and media to discover the latest functional products in the field of sportswear, including fibers, fabrics, films, and zippers.

Number of products:
Each company can submit up to 5 of their most innovative products per category.
Categories:
Products are divided into 8 categories: base layer, mid layer, outer layer, accessories, fibers & insulation, films, trims, and soft goods.
Jury selection:
An international jury will select up to 60 products per category. From these, the top 10 most innovative products will be chosen. All selected products will benefit from a range of promotional advantages offered by the ISPO TEXTRENDS Functional Textiles Trend Award.
Benefits and fees:
Participation in the ISPO TEXTRENDS Functional Textiles Trend Award requires the payment of an entry fee. If a product is selected, the respective company will need to pay a modest promotion fee to enjoy a series of benefits that aid in product promotion.
