Drawing on years of experience in legal services, where the author dealt with numerous tourism consumption rights protection cases, and combining that with expertise in tourism cultural creative marketing and consumer rights protection, the book summarizes cases with common characteristics. To help travelers 'consume with clarity' and better protect their rights according to law during their trips, a team of seasoned lawyers, experts, and tourism professionals was formed into a 'Travel Consumption Rights Protection Research Group.'
