Time flies, and before we know it, we’re already counting down to the New Year. With the winter solstice approaching, the best time to enjoy the snow is just around the corner. It’s a pity that the capital hasn’t seen its first snowfall yet. Everyone is still struggling in the smoggy environment, finding it hard even to see a sunny day, let alone enjoy the snow — which has become nothing short of a luxury. And the snow scenery of Yeliguan in Gansu that I saw last year remains vivid in my memory. In this capital winter with so little snow, I can only take out those memories and photos to satisfy my longing!

Winter has come this year, but I’m not in Yeliguan. Whenever I recall that unforgettable trip, my heart is filled with gratitude and excitement. Gratitude for the beautiful scenery bestowed upon Yeliguan by nature; excitement for the feelings I had in front of those stunning views. Being able to have one or two such unforgettable journeys in an increasingly busy life is truly a blessed thing. Dear you, you deserve a journey like this too!
