“We’ve decided to give away two residential properties through Ctrip and Tujia.com to users who book Tujia apartments. The first property will be given away in the first phase, and we ask everyone to stay tuned for the second phase,” Luo Jun excitedly announced at the press conference — enough to attract countless users to Ctrip and Tujia in hopes of winning a home.
It is understood that the sponsored residential properties come from premium projects developed by two closely collaborating real estate companies: Panzhihua Hongyi Investment Co., Ltd.’s Hongshan International Community and Tiandi Ren Group’s Zhangzhou Nanjing Yunshuiwan Project. More developers are lining up to offer properties through Tujia. After two years of development, the Tujia model has become a golden rule for China’s real estate industry to achieve asset appreciation and revitalize idle properties.
“In 2014, we will partner with more developers to list more quality listings for travelers to experience, further enhance user satisfaction through improved services, and roll out more government collaborations and innovative products. We will live up to the expectations placed on Tujia!” This was Luo Jun’s promise at the press conference.
Launching an independent channel in just two months and building a new Tujia — that’s the Tujia pace.
