The 10th ISPO BEIJING Asia Outdoor & Sports Trade Show will take place from February 19–22, 2014, at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, and it will be followed by the exciting On-snow Demo snow test event that winter sports fans have been looking forward to. The third edition of the ISPO On-snow Demo, co-hosted by ISPO BEIJING, China’s largest outdoor activity platform Greeny.com (绿野网), and Snowboard Zone (单板地带), will be held from February 22 to 24 at Wanlong Ski Resort in Chongli County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. Bringing Together the Entire Industry Chain to Build an Efficient Business Platform for the Skiing Community
The ISPO BEIJING 2014 On-snow DEMO and Skiing Community Gathering aim to create a high-end business networking and collaboration platform within the skiing circle, built upon the foundation of new product testing. Dozens of domestic and international ski equipment brands, ski resort equipment suppliers, ski resorts, and other outdoor brands, along with major distributors, club organizers, overseas tourism bureaus, industry professionals, influencers, and enthusiasts, will come together to form an efficient and engaging business gathering for the skiing community.
Confirmed brands participating in the testing include well-known international and domestic professional ski apparel, gear, and shop brands such as Black Diamond, HALTI, ROSSIGNOL, NORDICA, Patagonia, BCA, Jones, Gregory, CTR Ski Supplies, and Snowfield Elegance Ski Supplies. Tested products will include top-tier global ski gear, covering categories such as alpine skiing (including boots and bindings), freestyle alpine skiing (twintips, bindings, boots, and poles), snowboarding (boots and bindings), snowshoes, sunglasses and goggles, helmets and protective gear, backpacks and accessories, clothing and gloves, among others; as well as insights into premium global ski routes. Attendees will have the opportunity to test each brand’s 2014 winter new arrivals item by item, provide ratings, and attend a business dinner on the evening of the 23rd, where they can network closely with industry professionals and receive souvenirs.
Multiple Package Options Available for Registration Enthusiastic Skiers Driving Industry Growth
Registration for the event is now open. As with the previous two editions of the On-snow Demo, the organizers will continue with a paid participation model, offering different package tiers based on transportation and accommodation options. For transportation, participants can drive themselves or join a chartered bus by signing up on the skiing forum of Greeny BBS.
Based on registration data from the first two editions, the majority of participants in the ISPO On-snow Demo are seasoned skiers from Greeny.com. Both Greeny and Snowboard Zone host the largest domestic forums for alpine and snowboarding skiing respectively, providing ISPO with a large pool of highly engaged and professional skiers. In China’s expanding outdoor activity market, the enthusiasm of these skiers serves as a powerful driving force for the introduction of international cutting-edge brands and the advancement of businesses across the industry chain.
