Depart from Liujian Ancient Town at 2:00 PM to Xianzhi Zhujian Panda Eco-Park. The drive takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. The entire eco-park features ancient towering trees, fragrant camellias, and rippling lakes, offering exceptionally beautiful scenery. Visitors can observe various endangered plants of Mount Emei, such as Alsophila spinulosa and Michelia wilsonii. The park includes a Giant Panda Ecology Museum, a Dinosaur Museum, and an Endangered Plants Science Education Garden of Mount Emei, making it a large-scale scenic area that combines ecology, science education, and panda viewing. Spend one and a half hours for touring and sightseeing, then depart for Mount Emei, which is a 9-kilometer drive taking about 20 minutes.
D5 Mount Emei Overnight in Mount Emei
Depart at 8:00 AM to Baoguo Temple. Visit Baoguo Temple, Yingbin Square (Xiujia Waterfall), Shengji Evening Bell, Mount Emei Museum, and the First Mountain Pavilion.
11:00―12:00 Lunch – Enjoy a vegetarian Buddhist meal (Emei Vegetarian Cuisine)
After lunch, take a bus to Leidongping, walk for 20 minutes to Jieyin Hall, then take the cable car to the Golden Summit. Tour the Huazang Temple on the Golden Summit, Wolong Nunnery, and enjoy the natural scenery of the Golden Summit.
