Capitalizing on the cute craze, 85°C has launched its first portrait cake, this time in collaboration with the ultra-relaxing and healing internet sensation Gudetama. The adorable Gudetama figurine cake will be available nationwide starting October 1. The cake features fresh fruits and whipped cream, with the lovable Gudetama figurine lying lazily on top.

The Gudetama figurine cake is a six-inch cake, with a vanilla chiffon cake base and a filling of pudding and strawberry mousse. The top of the cake is drizzled with a layer of chocolate sauce for added flavor, and the chocolate drizzle is decorated with strawberries, kiwi slices, and whipped cream. 85°C states that the Gudetama figurine is made from food-contact-safe PVC plastic, which can withstand temperatures up to 85°C, and that the figurine and cake are separated by a food-contact-safe PP plastic stand that can withstand heat up to 120°C.

85°C reminds customers that both the Gudetama figurine and the stand have passed TCC and SGS safety tests, but they are not edible or for licking, should not be near open flames, and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Children aged 3 and above should use them only under adult supervision.
