Kyushu Muffin Launches Autumn Limited-Edition Dishes—Available Before Japan!

Kyushu Muffin Café from Japan’s Kyushu region will introduce two autumn-limited dishes,“Kyushu BBQ Grilled Chicken Muffin” and “Kyushu Cinnamon Apple French Toast,”which will go on sale starting October 1, available earlier than in Japan and Singapore. The BBQ Grilled Chicken Muffin features tender, boneless chicken thigh meat slow-roasted to perfection, drizzled with a specially prepared Japanese-style BBQ sauce and paired with a refreshing hint of lime. The Cinnamon Apple French Toast is made with stewed apple filling sprinkled with cinnamon powder, served with a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside French toast, creating a warm and delicious taste of early autumn.

Kyushu BBQ Grilled Chicken MuffinFeaturing premium boneless chicken thigh meat marinated with a specially formulated Japanese-style teriyaki seasoning and unique cooking techniques, lightly sprayed with oil and grilled to achieve juicy, tender, and crispy-skinned chicken. It’s then drizzled with a specially prepared Japanese-style BBQ sauce and paired with fresh lime for an extra refreshing taste. Served with three plump and round Kyushu Seven-Grain Original Muffins and a Caesar salad, it is priced at NT$300 per serving.

Kyushu Cinnamon Apple French ToastMade with Kyushu’s homemade simmered and candied apple filling, slow-cooked until soft yet still slightly crisp, and sprinkled with comforting, warm cinnamon powder to create an intoxicatingly delicious cinnamon apple flavor. The French toast is crafted using Kyushu Muffin flour, coated in butter on all sides and prepared with a unique pan-fry-then-bake technique to achieve a crispy exterior and soft interior. Topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream from the edge of the plate, along with the fresh aroma of mint leaves, it is now available globally—including in Taiwan—for NT$290 per serving.
