Outdoor and cycling enthusiasts, this is your call!The 2014 Asian Outdoor Trade Show and the 2014 Asian Bicycle Exhibition are calling for City Ambassadors from across the country.
Requirements for City Ambassadors:
Members of all walks of life who are progressive in thought, have upright morals, are diligent and responsible;
Possess certain abilities to organize events and communicate effectively, take work seriously, can complete assigned tasks well, and provide timely feedback;
Are well-informed about outdoor and bicycle shops in their city;
Those working in sports-related fields are preferred;
Open to all genders, ages, and regions.
Glorious Duties of City Ambassadors:
1. Recruitment of professional visitors;
2. Collect information on local bicycle shops, outdoor retail stores, shopping malls, leisure sports outlets, etc., maintain close contact with the community in the service area, proactively understand their needs, accurately gather information, complete relevant forms on time, and provide timely updates;
3. Distribute promotional materials for the Asian Outdoor and Asian Bicycle Exhibitions to target shops and extend invitations, making full use of available resources and information channels to provide information and technical consulting services to outdoor sports enthusiasts;
4. Actively seek support from all social sectors to achieve practical results and gain greater recognition.
Benefits for City Ambassadors
1. Premium gifts and exhibition souvenirs (outdoor or bicycle gear, valued at over 500 RMB)
2. Free admission to the Asian Outdoor and Asian Bicycle Exhibitions (free lunch during the exhibition)
Those who successfully collect information for 200 valid professional visitors (valid name, phone, email, address) before July 1 or September 15 and ensure a 50% attendance rate will receive:
1. Free stay in a star-rated hotel during the exhibition period;
2. Reimbursement for round-trip train tickets between their city and Nanjing (based on hard sleeper class; for high-speed rail, generally not exceeding the hard sleeper fare from their city to Nanjing);
3. One limited-entry ticket to the Demo Day (the day before the Asian Bicycle Exhibition) (exclusive to Asian Bicycle Exhibition City Ambassadors);
4. All City Ambassadors present during the exhibition will receive a premium gift provided by the organizers.

The 2014 (9th) Asian Outdoor Exhibition will be held from July 23–26 at the International Expo Center, an annual highlight of the outdoor industry where the latest technology, new product launches, and industry exchanges converge in the ancient city of Nanjing.
From October 9–12, the 2014 (4th) Asian Bicycle Exhibition (Asia Bike) will also take place at the Nanjing International Expo Center. Global premium and sport bicycle brands will showcase their 2015 new collections, igniting excitement and offering visitors close-up access to top-tier brand products, including cycling apparel and accessories. On the day before the exhibition (October 8), the Demo Day will provide a test-ride experience for 2015 new models at Nanjing Zhongshan Sports Park, promising to be another major event in the cycling industry.
