Austrian brand NORTHLAND powers NJU MBA team to triumph at Asian Business School Desert Challenge

Last updated 2026-11-08 — After three days of intense competition, the 3rd Asia-Pacific Business Schools Desert Challenge (shortened as the Desert Challenge) has recently concluded successfully. The NJU Business School MBA Desert Red Eagles team (shortened as the NJU MBA team), sponsored by Austrian NORTHLAND, achieved outstanding results again — all 15 official team members completed the race successfully, and secured 1st place in the women’s individual category and 2nd place in the team category. This year’s event saw the participation of 37 business schools and 545 participants. Over a 70-kilometer lightly loaded desert trekking competition, participants deeply experienced the race philosophy of “environmental protection, teamwork, perseverance, and responsibility.”

The Nanjing University Business School MBA Desert Red Eagles Team (abbreviated as Nanjing University MBA Team), sponsored by Austrian outdoor brand NORTHLAND, achieved outstanding results again: all 15 official team members completed the race successfully, and the team won first place in the women’s individual category and second place in the team category. A total of 545 participants from 37 business schools took part in this edition of the event. Through a 70-kilometer lightly loaded desert trekking competition, the students deeply experienced the event’s core values of "environmental protection, teamwork, perseverance, and responsibility."
