On June 24, 2014, the first Longhu Mountain Tourism Development Summit Forum and the signing ceremony for the main business formats of Xiaoyao City were held in Longhu Mountain, the birthplace of Taoism in China. As one of China’s four famous Taoist mountains, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, and a national 5A-level scenic area, Longhu Mountain has long been in the spotlight. Meanwhile, the upcoming completion of the Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway, Xiangtang-Putian Railway, and Hefei-Fuzhou High-Speed Railway by the end of this year will reduce travel time from cities such as Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Changsha to just 1–3 hours, helping to unlock a hundred-billion-yuan tourism consumption market by attracting 200 million visitors.
The Longhu Mountain Tourism Development Summit Forum focused on discussing the future of tourism in the region. During the Year of Smart Tourism, Longhu Mountain is poised for rapid development and aims to become a leading destination in China’s tourism industry. The forum also hosted the signing ceremony for key projects in Longhu Mountain — the Xiaoyao City main business formats: the Huaxia Immortal World Theme Indoor Amusement Park and the Longhu Academy. Leading enterprises such as Longhu Mountain Xiaoyao City and Sunshine Culture gathered to deliver a sumptuous feast for attendees in the tourism and real estate sectors.

In addition to these two flagship business formats, other formats are also highly anticipated, including an experiential indoor commercial pedestrian street featuring large-scale interactive amusement environments — the 【Immortal Scenario Themed Commercial Pedestrian Street】, a Taoist and traditional Chinese medicine wellness center combining shopping and clubs — the 【Longevity Street】, a center for I Ching cultural experiences — the 【Prosperity Street】, and an interactive hub for folk oddities and unique goods — the 【Blessing Street】. We look forward to seeing which businesses will occupy these spaces next!
