    On July 23, the Nanjing Asia Outdoor Exhibition opened in grand style. During the Coach K Coaches Signing Ceremony on that day, the first group of nine Coach K coaches officially signed contracts with the KAILAS brand. Coach K is the abbreviated form of “KAILAS Contracted Coaches,” a public welfare project for rewarding and supporting the outdoor coaching community, established and supported by the KAILAS brand.

 

 


    Q: Given the current state of China’s outdoor market, how do you view the professional development of coaches?

    A: The professional development of coaches is definitely the future trend. I believe the first group of professional coaches will emerge within the next two to three years.


    Q: I’d like to ask Mr. Cao Jun, what new initiatives or major activities does the Kailas brand have planned for the second half of 2014?

    A: The main focus of our brand activities will be on mountaineering and rock climbing. There will be mountain festivals, rock climbing festivals, and ice climbing festivals, among others.
 

 

    Q: Currently, the sport of trail running is growing rapidly. Does Kailas have any plans in this area?

    A: Yes, trail running is developing very quickly within the sports field. The Kailas brand will also make some tentative efforts in trail running, and we will strive to develop products in this category going forward.
