It's not just skewers anymore！Hachibei launches new seafood N< and giant chirashi sushi

Hachibei Hakata Skewers from Fukuoka, Japan, is known for its wide variety of side dishes. Xiao Weiyi, the brand manager of Hachibei Taiwan, noticed that Taiwanese people love Japanese-style seafood N<.<，于是由土屋总料理长开发出4款晚餐限定海鲜新品以及2款平日限定优惠套餐。

The four dinner-exclusive seafood dishes are the Hakata-style Seafood N<.<、鲑鱼北海N<、南方澳综合海鲜N<，以及满天星散寿司；2款平日限定优惠套餐则是博多风海鲜N<套餐及鲑鱼北海N<套餐。晚间限定的3款鲜鱼N<分别以博多、北海道、南方澳为主题。总料理长将九州名物胡麻红甘变身为博多风海鲜N<，集结北海道多种海鲜做为鲑鱼北海N<，而南方澳综合海鲜N<则是总料理长亲赴南方澳采买的当令鱼货，搭配上进口星鳗、挪威鲑鱼的高CP值的一品海鲜N<。

The Starry Sky Chirashi Sushi is designed for family diners, featuring up to 11 types of seafood laid over warm vinegar rice, creating a luxurious, starry-night effect, with a generous portion recommended for 5–6 people.

To meet lunchtime demand for rice dishes, a weekday-exclusive business lunch Hakata-style Seafood N< has also been launched.<套餐（380元）；以及鲑鱼北海N<套餐（520元），除了海鲜N<之外，还附小菜、手工玉子烧、茶碗蒸、味增汤。
