Rove Hotels is a collaboration between global real estate developer Emaar Properties and leading Dubai-based development company Meraas Holding. It offers a unique model that delivers valuable hotel experiences to both young and young-at-heart global travelers, helping them feel the heartbeat of Dubai.

Rove means “to roam,” and it breathes fresh vitality into 21st-century innovation with refined elegance and a strong sense of history. The Rove brand draws inspiration from Dubai’s heritage and extraordinary achievements, serving as a socially connected and cultural hub that keeps pace with the latest technology trends for international explorers.

Rove Hotels features a highly stylish design, incorporating both contemporary and Arabic design elements, with meticulous attention to detail. Various design features blend seamlessly together, targeting today’s value-conscious and socially engaged generation, as well as families who value uninterrupted relaxation and warm hospitality.

Chief Operating Officer of Emaar Hospitality Group Philippe Zuber said that Rove will help fulfill Dubai’s Tourism Vision to welcome over 20 million visitors annually by 2020. He stated: “Located in prime areas across Dubai, Rove delivers a new, lifestyle-inspired hotel experience that will support Dubai in preparing for and hosting Expo 2020. We have made significant progress on our first project, Rove Za’abeel, and will open 10 Rove hotels in prime Dubai locations over the next few years.”

The guest rooms at Rove hotels are spacious, at 26 square meters, featuring 42-inch TV screens, media hubs, designer cushions, and modern bathrooms. Nearly half of the rooms are interconnected, making Rove a family-friendly hotel.

Innovative services at the new hotels include a digital concierge app on smartphones, a self-check-in desk that saves waiting time, and flexible late check-out until 2 pm. The hotels offer a 24-hour gym, swimming pool, and sundeck to create a relaxing atmosphere. All Rove-branded hotels will feature a 24-hour self-service Laundromat. Additionally, each hotel will serve flavorful cuisine made from locally sourced fresh ingredients, along with unique dining options. Rove will also operate a convenience store offering round-the-clock service.

Rove Za’abeel Hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (Dubai International Airport) and located right opposite The Dubai Mall. It will have 14 floors and 420 rooms. The foundation work for this hotel has been completed, and it is set to open in 2015.

Upon launch, Rove Hotels will complement the diverse hotel offerings provided by Emaar through its other brands, including The Address Hotels + Resorts and Vida Hotels and Resorts.
