China’s ice and snow industry started relatively later compared to Western countries. By2012, the industry began to show signs of growth, but the growth rate was quite limited. It wasn’t until2015, the year our country successfully bid for the2022Winter Olympics, that the ice and snow industry entered a period of comprehensive development. With encouragement and support from national policies, local governments also introduced various preferential policies for the ice and snow sector.
