On January 30, 2015, at the ISPO Outdoor Trade Show in Beijing, the professional outdoor brand KAILAS held a presentation for its 2014–2015 training programs and introduced the brand-new concept of the "Outdoor Academy." For many years, the KAILAS brand has been committed to building a comprehensive suite of outdoor training programs, encompassing the KAILAS Outdoor Coaches Development Program, the Leading Climbing Mountaineering and Adventure School, the Coach K Signed Star Instructors, and the KAILAS Equipment Testing Laboratory. These initiatives have gradually formed a complete outdoor training system, bringing together top-tier training resources in the industry. The introduction of the "Outdoor Academy" concept aims to integrate, expand, and deepen existing training offerings, establish a vibrant ecosystem for outdoor training in China, foster the healthy and sustainable development of outdoor sports in the country, and enable a broader range of outdoor enthusiasts to gain access to scientific knowledge about the outdoors and equipment, as well as learn standardized skills.

Meanwhile, the "KAILAS Outdoor Coaches Development Program" will also collaborate with Xiaomaolv Technology this year to launch a "Scholarship Program for the Outdoor Coaches Development Program," providing additional incentives for outstanding students in the outdoor coaching classes.

    KAILAS National Store Manager Training

The development of the KAILAS brand has always been closely tied to retail outlets. This year, the brand has undertaken significant efforts to enhance store management skills, improve sales and service techniques, and fill gaps in product knowledge. KAILAS’s terminal training program has been in place for four or five years, previously offering training sessions both for frontline terminal staff (store managers and sales associates) and for supervisory-level personnel and above. During the 2010–2011 period, two store manager training sessions were conducted, each with around 40 participants. Between 2012 and 2013, training was provided for supervisors and regional sales representatives. This year, based on feedback from previous training sessions, the immediate impact of the training was evident within two weeks after completion (mid-to-late November and early December), as trainees were able to foster a learning atmosphere in their stores and boost sales performance. "Fear No Winter, Explore Life" — the 2014 KAILAS National Store Manager Training Program was officially launched in September 2014. Between November and December, a total of four store manager training sessions were held, each structured as “5 days of courses + 1 day of assessment.” Over 150 store managers from across the country actively participated in the training and ultimately received graduation certificates, with some outstanding groups even earning the titles of "Gold Team" and "Silver Team." Moving forward, the focus will continue to be on consistently providing training services to retail outlets.
