The main challenge in Menzies Aviation’s communications room was the low mezzanine ceiling. In some cases, structural beams were only 300 mm from the top of the cabinets, preventing effective airflow management.
Impact Data Solutions (IDS), the IT equipment design and installation contractor, recommended CPI’s passive data center cooling®solution, which features customized GF Series GlobalFrame®cabinets equipped with vertical exhaust ducts, split rear doors, solid side panels, and perforated front doors.
