The owner, “Kaneko Shinya,” has inherited the secret recipe of his grandfather, “Kaneko Hannosuke.” After countless failures, he finally created this bowl of “Edomae-style Tenkaippin.”<”。这爷爷到底有多厉害呢,他可是“日本调理师一心会”的第二代会长,看来真也君可能说过“我以我爷爷的名字发誓,这碗一定好吃”。
