After saving up some cash, I finally brought the PRW-6000Y-1A home. When I first decided to buy a Casio hiking watch, a friend recommended the PRW-3000 series, whose colors were a big selling point. But the moment I laid eyes on the PRW-6000Y-1A, I was even more drawn in by its rugged style. Without further ado, here’s the eye candy—let’s see why it’s so lovable.
First Impressions of the Design
First up, a close-up shot—this is exactly the dual-display style I love. Though in relatively dim lighting, the pure digital display isn’t the easiest to read, the combination of hands and luminous markers nicely makes up for that small shortcoming. Can’t not mention the green bezel outline—it’s truly the finishing touch. Before getting it, I thought from the web pics it was rubber, but once I had it in hand, I could clearly see it’s solid metal design~~
(The button at ten o’clock is the D button, the one at eight o’clock is the B button, and the long button at six o’clock is the L button)
