Unlike previous years, this year’s CHAT Beijing will no longer focus solely on the concept of “hotel development and financing.” Instead, it will integrate resources under the theme of “Reorganization” to discuss some of the hottest topics in China’s hotel and tourism industry. Centered around the overarching theme of “Reorganization,” CHAT breaks it down into four interactive and diverse discussion areas: asset management, destination case studies, brands and products, and insights from O2O. The forum content will cover both theory and practice of hotel asset management, analysis of overseas investment trends, exploring niche markets, golf and ski projects, urban complex development, franchising expansion, the interplay between reputation and brand management, and the transformations driven by mobile internet. There will also be a special segment on the emergence and advancement of REITs, sharing the latest industry developments. As China’s hotel and tourism industry enters a crucial period of reorganization and transformation, these topics are receiving significant attention. CHAT aims to gather industry professionals to jointly explore new ideas for the future development of the hotel industry.
