The Asia Outdoor Show boosts the 1st China Tropical Rainforest Run in 2015

     The running zone launched by the Asia Outdoor Show at the 2014 exhibition site received unanimous praise and full recognition from exhibitors.

    2015 marks the 10th anniversary of the Asia Outdoor Show. At the Nanjing exhibition site, the running zone will expand in size and increase its influence. Beyond Nanjing, the Asia Outdoor Show’s support for running events is also quite strong. As a co-organizer, the Asia Outdoor Show joined hands with Xitang Outdoor to host the 1st China Tropical Rainforest Run in 2015. Registration for the event is now open. VI. Registration Packages:

Registration Package: registration fee, event commemorative T-shirt, event commemorative medal, shuttle bus fare, Máojì custom running bag, Menglesheng Pu’er tea pack, insurance, etc.

Package Description: Includes the registration package. The first 30 registrants receive a waist pack (must participate in the race).

Five-star Hotel: Sheraton Hotel or Crowne Plaza Hotel, standard room. Single occupancy requires additional payment for the room difference.

 

5 Days / 4 Nights Itinerary:

 

Transportation: All transportation after arrival in Xishuangbanna, including airport transfers.

Meals: Tropical rainforest feast; ethnic specialty meals; five-star hotel buffet; bonfire party barbecue, etc.

Accommodation: 2 nights in five-star hotels, 2 nights in hotels near the event venue.

Race registration fee and experience, tour project costs, insurance.

Professional tropical rainforest exploration guides; local guides; full-service logistics staff.

 

VII. Registration Notes

1) Participants must be at least 20 years old (born before May 30, 1995) and present a valid ID or passport.

2) Submit a health certificate from a county-level or above hospital within the past year, or a race completion certificate from the past year.

3) The following individuals are not suitable to participate: those with congenital heart disease or rheumatic heart disease / hypertension or cerebrovascular disease / myocarditis or other heart conditions / coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia / diabetes / other diseases unsuitable for strenuous exercise.

4) Participants must complete the “Registration Form” as required by the organizer. Meeting the above conditions, applicants must pass the qualification review by the organizing committee. Upon approval, the committee will send an “Entry Confirmation Letter” via email, which signifies successful registration. Before receiving the race kit, participants must sign a “Liability Waiver” to take part.

Rainforest Run: Top 6 male and female winners

Double Twelve: Top 3 male and female winners

All winners will receive a customized Menglesheng Pu’er tea pack worth one thousand yuan.
