Located on the first floor of Fule Resort, TK SEAFOOD & STEAK is renowned in the steak world for its top-tier Wagyu. Starting today, it introduces a chef’s exclusive menu, with the most distinctive offering being the “Wagyu Trio.” The set includes American Snake River Farms Gold Label Ultra Black Grade, Japanese A5 Pete Cabassi New York Strip, and Australian M9+ Blackmore Ribeye — each 8 ounces, priced at NT$4,200 + 10%.

Wagyu is primarily prized for its marbling, but the aroma of the fat varies depending on the feed or grains the cattle consume, resulting in different flavor profiles. Therefore, TK SEAFOOD & STEAK has launched the limited-edition “Wagyu Trio” to allow gourmets to experience beef from different countries and grades in one sitting. The American Snake River Farms Gold Label Ultra Black Grade offers a strong initial taste reminiscent of Angus steak, followed by the sweet richness unique to Wagyu marbling. The Japanese A5 Pete Cabassi New York Strip is currently the closest in taste to authentic Japanese Wagyu among Wagyu brands available in Taiwan. Meanwhile, the Australian M9+ Blackmore Ribeye combines the meaty texture of American beef with the rich marbling of Japanese Wagyu.
