Shanghai, April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The DMC2015 China International Manufacturing Technology, Equipment and Mould Exhibition will be held from May 25 to 28, 2015, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong.At the DMC2015 China International Mould Exhibition, to be held in Shanghai from May 25 to 28, 2015, the organizing committee has transformed Hall W1 into an "Automotive Mould Pavilion" focused on China’s automotive component manufacturing.
The new edition of DMC2015 boasts a record-breaking scale of 60,000 square meters for a single-year event. The overall layout involving five halls (Halls W1-W5) has also been clearly defined: Hall W1 will feature automotive moulds, Hall W2 will be the comprehensive mould hall, Hall W3 will cover precision equipment, 3D additive manufacturing, cutting tools, forming equipment, and measuring instruments, while Halls W4 and W5 will serve as international precision equipment and technology halls. The exhibition has received strong support from over 30 local mould associations and mould industry clusters across the country, as well as domestic and international industry organizations. It is expected that more than 40 exhibition groups will make an appearance at DMC2015.
The rapid development of China’s automotive industry has driven long-term growth in the automotive mould sector. With the introduction of more new vehicle models, the implementation of lightweight automotive technology in mould applications, and the development of moulds for luxury and energy-efficient vehicles, an increasing number of components are becoming localized and produced domestically. At the DMC2015 China International Mould Exhibition, to be held in Shanghai from May 25 to 28, 2015, the organizing committee has established Hall W1 as an "Automotive Mould Pavilion" centered on China’s automotive component manufacturing. This pavilion will gather over 300 of China’s top automotive mould manufacturers, including FAW Mould, Tianjin Motor Dies, Dongfeng Mould & Stamping, Yinbaoshanxin, Saicoli, Ruihu, JAC Fuzhen, Pushi, Yisen, Kaihua, and Saihao. The exhibits will showcase achievements in the development of automotive stamping moulds, plastic moulds, die-casting moulds, large outer panel moulds including progressive dies, multi-cavity and multi-component moulds, in-mould embedded intelligent moulds, and high-efficiency moulds. They will also highlight surface technologies in automotive interior and exterior moulds, automation technologies in automotive electronic moulds, and the development and application of rapid economic moulds. Products and technologies such as automated stamping lines and integrated manufacturing of automotive component moulds and forming lines embody the theme of the exhibition. The hot press forming production line by Xufang and Dongguan Zhongtai Moulds will demonstrate integrated forming and manufacturing technologies. The exhibition content is diverse, including white body solutions integrating moulds, inspections, and fixtures, as well as lightweight material forming technologies..Hall W2 – the Comprehensive Mould Pavilion – will also comprehensively showcase new technologies and advanced products in China’s plastic and electronic mould sectors.,guiding the direction of intelligent mould manufacturing.
